Greg is the Team Leader of “Team Kinnear” - a small, family based & service oriented residential sales group. He is a lifelong resident of the Central Maryland area, graduated from Mt. St. Joseph High School and from Towson State University, where he earned a Marketing degree and was a member of the National Marketing Honor Society. Greg has received the Diamond Award and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, Circle of Legends Award, & most recently RE/MAX International’s highest honor, The Luminary of Distinction. Greg has been a full time Realtor at RE/MAX Advantage since 1996.
Greg lives in Ellicott City with his wife of 25 years Michele & family golden doodle Theodore. Their daughter Grace recently completed her nursing degree at Clemson University in South Carolina (Go TIGERS!) & is working at Georgetown Hospital. Their son Carter is studying at Mount Saint Mary’s University. Greg enjoys playing golf, hiking, kayaking, biking, home improvement projects, and gardening.
Rob was a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph High School in 1995 and received a degree in advertising from Towson University in 1999. Rob joined TeamKinnear in 1999 and has learned every facet of the real estate industry from top producing agents. Rob assists both buyers and sellers throughout central Maryland where he has been a lifelong resident. His focus is on providing first class customer service and his vast experience in the ever changing real estate market is the key to success for his clients. Rob’s service extends well past settlement. Rob stays in touch with past clients and is always available to answer any home ownership questions they may have. Rob lives in Ellicott City with his wife Kim, daughter Emily, and son Andrew. Rob enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, pickleball and volleyball.
Michael currently lives in Ellicott City with his wife Michele and three children, Ryan, Megan and Erin. He is a graduate of McDonogh School and Towson University and tries to stay involved in the community in various ways. He is a current or recent member of the following organizations, The McDonogh Alumni Executive Committee, The Howard County Business Club, Maryland Wrestling Officials Association, Soccer Association of Columbia, Watermont Swim Club Board of Directors and OLPH church. Michael believes being involved is a great way to give back to the community. He has been a Realtor since 2005 and believes in hard work and fair and honest treatment of clients and customers alike.
Rita's career in the US Navy took her all over the Country - she is no stranger to purchasing and selling homes! Her drive and dedication to deliver the dream of homeownership mean she works tirelessly to help find the right home for her clients or the perfect buyer for their homes. After retiring from the military, Rita settled in Ellicott City with her husband Roger, son Ronan, and two dogs, Shandy and Lincoln. Rita enjoys any outdoor activity and advocating for Veterans. Steve has been licensed since 2000. A lifelong resident of the Ellicott City area he graduated from Mt. Hebron High School, attended Howard Community College and Towson University. Steve has also earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. A Multi-Million Dollar Producer, he specializes in assisting buyers in finding the home that best suits their needs and marketing strategies for sellers specific to their individual property. Steve can attribute his success in the industry to his professionalism, honest no-nonsense approach, and strong commitment to his clients.
Logan has been licensed and with Team Kinnear since 2017 allowing him to help his clients buy/sell/rent throughout Central Maryland where he has always called home. He understands that each situation will have its unique challenges, but with Logan, the mountains will turn into mole hills and the stress of buying/selling/renting a home will be eased. He focuses on each client's wants and needs to provide them with different solutions so they can make well informed decisions. Since moving out of Canton, Logan and his wife, Brittany, live in the Tanyard neighborhood of Glen Burnie where you’ll find them tending to their community garden. Logan loves Arsenal, the Os, jam-bands, and selling houses. Karen is the Director of Client Care/Operations/Sale Support for TeamKinnear. She handles the day-to-day activities in the Kinnear office, which includes coordination of buyer and seller settlements, follow up, advertising, and maintenance of an extensive seller-marketing program.
Colleen supports Team Kinnear across many roles: data base management, social media, direct & property specific marketing + event planning & coordination.
She has worked in various roles in the real estate industry for the last 25 years including being a licensed realtor, licensed title agent and rental property manager. She enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry!
Colleen lives in Clarksville, has 3 children and can be found on the tennis or pickle ball courts during her free time.
